      Balcony, access balcony and canopy

Balconies are not only visual highlights, but also often the weak point in thermal insulation. In addition to thermal insulation and statics, fire, sound and moisture protection must also be taken into account and the corresponding values adhered to.

    4. Walls and columns
      Walls and columns
      Walls and columns

In connection details of walls and columns, thermal bridges lead to high energy losses - in addition, structural damage often occurs there due to condensation or mould. The Schöck Sconnex® thermal insulation element provides direct and permanent insulation.

    5. Parapet and roof superstructure
      Parapet and roof superstructure
      Parapet and roof superstructure

Solid roof terraces and flat roofs are enclosed with a parapet or parapet. This leads to a thermal bridge and must be thermally separated. By connecting with Schöck Isokorb® , the internal insulation required for packing can be dispensed with.

    6. Reinforced Concrete Slabs
      Reinforced Concrete Slabs
      Reinforced Concrete Slabs

Concrete ceilings are most frequently reinforced with steel. As they are complex to construct, there is a need for product solutions that can rationalise production.

    7. Stairs
      Stairs
      Stairs

In addition to aesthetic design, stairs are increasingly focussing on functional and technical aspects. Standards, guidelines, technical regulations and client requirements must be taken into account - especially sound insulation and fire protection. This requires the use of special construction elements.

    8. Façade
      Façade
      Façade

The façade is the face of a building - an architectural statement. At the same time, there are high demands on energy efficiency, e.g. the thermal insulation requirements of the GEG (Building Energy Act), which can only be met with appropriate building elements.
